This article examines how countries are strengthening their soft power policies through educational projects. Education plays a crucial role not only in global knowledge exchange but also as a tool for enhancing a country's cultural and scientific influence-an ongoing historical trend. Leading nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and China actively expand their influence through international education programs, scholarships and grants, faculty exchanges, and innovative research initiatives. Moreover, modernizing educational infrastructure and promoting multilingualism contribute to increasing the flow of international students. Through international education diplomacy, countries can strengthen scientific cooperation and promote their national values on a global scale. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the role of international education in soft power strategies by examining the experiences of various nations.
