Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli marketingda sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlari va u bilan bog‘liq xavf-xatarlar tahlil qilinadi. Bugungi kunda marketing sohasi mijozlarga shaxsiylashtirilgan xizmatlar ko‘rsatish, reklama kampaniyalarini avtomatlashtirish va xatti-harakat tahlili orqali samaradorlikni oshirishda SI yondashuvlariga tobora ko‘proq tayanmoqda. Shu bilan birga, sun’iy intellektdan foydalanishda axborot xavfsizligi, ma’lumotlarni noto‘g‘ri talqin qilish, inson omilining chetlab o‘tilishi kabi salbiy jihatlar ham mavjud. Maqolada bu imkoniyat va tahdidlar tahlil qilinib, ularni muvozanatlashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
