This article examines the regional opportunities for effective utilization of tourism resources to support socio-economic development. The study focuses on identifying key strengths and constraints influencing tourism growth within different regions. A mixed-method approach was applied, involving quantitative statistical analysis, qualitative stakeholder evaluations, and Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques to assess the accessibility, management, and promotional state of tourism resources. The findings indicate that while regions possess significant tourism potential, disparities in infrastructure development, marketing strategies, and policy implementation limit the full utilization of these assets. Based on the results, several recommendations are proposed to enhance tourism competitiveness, improve sustainable resource management, and strengthen stakeholder integration. The research contributes to the development of data-driven strategies aimed at increasing the effectiveness of regional tourism planning and boosting destination attractiveness.
