Ushbu maqola ijtimoiy kapitalni avloddan-avlodga o‘tkazishda oila va ta’lim tizimining rolini o‘rganadi. Ijtimoiy kapital jamiyatdagi munosabatlar, ishonch va normalar tizimi sifatida ta’riflanadi, u oilaviy tarbiya va ta’lim orqali vorisiylanadi. Maqolada ilmiy adabiyot tahlili, mexanizmlar muhokamasi, amaliy misollar va zamonoviy muammolar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, oila "bog‘lanish" kapitalini, ta’lim esa "ko‘prik" kapitalini ta’minlaydi, lekin globallashuv va ijtimoiy o‘zgarishlar ularning samaradorligini pasaytirishi mumkin. Asosiy takliflar oilaviy siyosatlar va ta’lim reformalarini rivojlantirishdan iborat. Maqola o‘zbek jamiyati misolida global kontekstni tahlil qiladi.
