Abstract

The research explores the stages of integration of the educational system within the context of globalization, emphasizing the interplay between education and economy from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, global enrollment rates in tertiary education reached approximately 38%, reflecting a significant increase from previous years, driven by international collaborations and digital learning platforms. By 2023, this figure is projected to rise to around 40%, with countries investing heavily in educational technology and partnerships that enhance access to quality education across borders. The economic implications are profound; for instance, a World Bank report indicated that every additional year of schooling could increase an individual’s income by up to 10%, highlighting the direct correlation between educational attainment and economic productivity. As we look towards 2024, it is anticipated that the integration of educational systems will further accelerate due to ongoing globalization trends, with estimates suggesting that over 50% of jobs will require advanced skills, thereby necessitating a robust alignment between educational curricula and market demands. This dynamic relationship underscores the critical role of education in fostering economic growth and adapting to an increasingly interconnected world.
