Abstract
Ushbu maqolada pedagogik xodimlarning ish unumdorligini oshirishning nazariy asoslari, ta’sir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillar, shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘zgarishlar doirasida pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanish usullari yoritilgan. Xususan, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, rag‘batlantirish tizimi va motivatsiyaning samaradorlikka ta’siri tahlil qilingan.
