Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yoshlarning kasb tanlash jarayonida gender tengligi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Gender stereotiplari va ularning kasbiy yo‘nalishga ta’siri muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, ta’lim tizimining gender tengligini ta’minlashdagi roli ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.
