TEACHING PHRASAL VERBS: CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIES FOR UZBEK LEARNERS
Abstract
This article delves into the complexities of learning and teaching phrasal verbs in the context of teaching and learning English. Discussing the importance of these multi-word verbs is learned with a focus on how they help students to speak fluently and naturally as an English speaker. Additionally, the article seeks to identify and recommend useful and efficient memorization techniques that teachers and students can use to successfully incorporate phrasal verbs into their comprehension and usage of the English language, improving the teaching and learning process. The article essentially focuses on the what, why, and how of phrasal verbs in language learning.
