IPAK QURTIDAN XITOZAN AJRATIB OLISHNING MAVJUD USULLARI TAHLILI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada ipak qurti (Bombyx mori) qobig‘idan xitozan ajratib olish texnologiyasining mavjud usullari tahlil qilinadi. Chitosan–biopolimer bo‘lib, u yengil parchalanishi, antibakterial va biokompatibil xususiyatlari tufayli oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika, kosmetika hamda tibbiyot sohalarida keng qo‘llanilmoqda. An’anaviy kimyoviy usullar bilan bir qatorda, ekologik toza va samaradorligi yuqori bo‘lgan ultratovush, infraqizil va fermentativ metodlar ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Har bir usulning afzallik va kamchiliklari tizimli tarzda taqqoslanadi.
