PEDAGOGIK TA’LIM JARAYONIDA KELAJAK O‘QITUVCHISINI SHAKLLANTIRISHNING SAMARALI USULLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada pedagogik ta’lim jarayonida kelajak o‘qituvchisini shakllantirishning samarali usullari ilmiy-pedagogik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish, ta’lim jarayonida innovatsion metodlardan foydalanish, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni qo‘llash hamda amaliy ko‘nikmalarni mustahkamlashning zamonaviy yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, refleksiv yondashuv, loyiha asosidagi ta’lim, raqamli texnologiyalarni integratsiya qilish va mentorlik tizimining kelajak o‘qituvchisi sifatida shakllanishga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Maqola pedagogik ta’limda samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy xulosalar bilan boyitilgan.
