AMARANTH (AMARANTHUS L.) JINSINING KELIB CHIQISHI, BOTANIK XUSUSIYATLARI VA OSHQOZON-ICHAK KASALLIKLARINI DAVOLASHDAGI AHAMIYATI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Amaranth (Isiriqguladoshlar) turkumiga kiruvchi o‘simliklarning kelib chiqish tarixi, ularning dunyo bo‘ylab tarqalish areallari va botanik tasnifi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada donli, sabzavotli va begona o‘tli amarant turlarining (A. caudatus, A. hybridus, A. retroflexus va boshqalar) o‘ziga xos agrotexnik xususiyatlari, urug‘lanish jarayonlari hamda ozuqaviy qiymati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, amarant tarkibidagi polifenollar, parhez tolalari va skualen kabi biologik faol moddalarning inson salomatligiga, xususan, oshqozon-ichak trakti kasalliklarini davolashdagi va ichak mikroflorasini yaxshilashdagi roli yoritilgan.
