Takagi-Sugeno noravshan model tuzulishi va parametrlarini olish metodologiyasi taklif qilingan. Algoritm ikki qadamga bo’lingan: dastlabki sozlash va aniq sozlash. dastlabki sozlashda, model tuzulishi identifikatsiyasi kirishga nisbatan chiqishlarni o’z ichiga oluvchi qisman xosilalarga asoslangan. Aniq sozlashda, an’anaviy nochiziq optimizatsiya metodi dastlabki va kelib chiqqan parametrni sozlash uchun ishlatiladi. Nihoyat, bu algoritmlarni isbotini ko’rsatish uchun bir necha misollar keltirilgan.
