FEATURES OF THE CONCEPT FRIENDSHIP (DO‘STLIK) IN THE PHRASEO-SEMANTIC FIELD

Friendship is a fundamental human relationship that manifests in language through various idiomatic expressions and phraseological units. This paper explores the phraseo-semantic field of friendship in English and other languages, analyzing how cultural and social aspects influence the conceptualization of friendship. By examining idioms, proverbs, and metaphors related to friendship, the study aims to reveal the semantic features and classifications of these expressions. The findings highlight the deep connection between language, thought, and cultural perceptions of friendship.
