Abstract

This paper addresses the modernization of the management system for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the training of information technology (IT) specialists. It outlines the challenges of current training systems, explores the integration of AI tools, and proposes an enhanced model to optimize the educational process. Quantitative and qualitative analysis has been conducted through surveys, system assessments, and expert interviews. Results suggest that structured AI integration significantly improves learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
