Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bachadon bo‘ynining hujayraviy tuzilishi, uning fiziologik va himoya funksiyalari, shuningdek, epiteliy qavatlari va ularning morfologik xususiyatlari batafsil bayon etilgan. Bachadon bo‘ynidagi transformatsiya zonasining ahamiyati, ayniqsa saratonoldi o‘zgarishlar (LSIL va HSIL) ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy Bethesda tizimi orqali servikal sitologiyaning diagnostik imkoniyatlari va HSIL holatlarining papilloma virusiga bog‘liqligi hamda invaziv saratonga aylanish ehtimoli muhokama qilingan. Mazkur mavzu saraton diagnostikasi va profilaktikasida muhim ahamiyatga ega.
