Abstract

Globallashib borayotgan dunyoda Janubiy Koreya yumshoq kuch siyosatini keng qo’llamoqda. Ushbu maqola Jozef Nayning “Yumshoq kuch” asariga tayangan holda yumshoq kuch siyosatini  atroflicha tahlil qiladi. Yumshoq kuch vositalari sifatida Koreya to’lqini, BTS, K-pop madaniyati, GKS kabi turli dasturlar mutaxassislar maqolalari va to’plamlari, rasmiy saytlarda berilgan ma’lumotlar orqali batafsil o’rganilib, ularning Janubiy Koreyaning madaniy diplomatiyasini kuchaytirishdagi o’rni hamda bu orqali tashqi siyosatga ta’siri batafsil yoritiladi. Janubiy Koreya yumshoq kuch siyosatini qo’llab-quvvatlab kelayotgan institutlar, fondlar hamda turli kompaniyalar Koreya to’lqinini har tomonlama keng yoyilishidagi o’rni keltirilib o’tiladi.  Shuningdek, yumshoq kuch siyosatining tashqi siyosatdagi Dokdo oroli kabi masalalarida Koreya madaniyatiga tayanayotganligi berilib, bundagi afzalliklar keltirib o’tiladi. Shu bilan bir qatorda, Janubiy Koreyaning xalqaro imidjiga salbiy ta’sir ko’rsatayotgan turli xil omillar o’rganilib, bu borada oldini oluvchi chora tadbirlar dolzarb ekanligini ko’rsatiladi.
