Maqolada nasoslarning bosimini aniqlash usullari o‘rganilgan va ishlatishga tavsiyalar berilgan. Nasoslar suyuqlikka energiya beruvchi mashina hisoblanadi. Markazdan qochma nasoslarda suyuqlikka energiyani nasos korpusida aylanuvchi ish g‘ildiragi yordamida beriladi. Nasoslarning ish ko‘rsatgichlari qiymatlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni grafiklar bilan ifodalanishi nasoslarning xarakteristikalari deb yuritiladi.
