This scientific paper investigates the formulation and performance of hybrid semiconductor composites synthesized from polypropylene (PP) and polyacrylate acetate (PAA) infused with titanium strontium oxide (TiSrO₃) nanoparticles. The aim is to improve the thermal stability and electrical conductivity of the base polymers for advanced electronic applications. Composites were fabricated by varying the concentration of TiSrO₃, followed by extensive structural and thermal analysis using XRD, SEM, and TGA, along with conductivity testing. Results reveal that the addition of TiSrO₃ considerably enhances the electrical performance and morphological uniformity, especially at 5 wt% concentration, indicating potential in flexible and wearable electronics.
