Abstract

This article explores current directions in psycholinguistic research, including contextual effects in reading, the application of neural networks to speech rhythm analysis, universal cognitive mechanisms, as well as neurolinguistic and associative studies. Particular attention is given to cross-linguistic approaches, neurophysiological data, and Russian contributions in the field. The multimethodological nature of contemporary studies and the importance of interdisciplinary strategies are emphasized.
