TA’LIMDA SHAXSGA YO‘NALTIRILGAN YONDASHUVNING AFZALLIKLARI

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim jarayonida shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvning mohiyati, tamoyillari va afzalliklari keng tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi talabalarning individual xususiyatlari, qiziqishlari va ehtiyojlarini inobatga olgan holda ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot metodlari sifatida kuzatuv, pedagogik tahlil, intervyu va taqqoslash usullari qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv talabalarda mustaqil fikrlashni, ijodkorlikni, mas’uliyat hissini va o‘zini o‘zi rivojlantirishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyani kuchaytiradi. Xulosalarda ushbu yondashuvning zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni mustahkamlash, ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.
