Abstract

Ushbu maqolada harbiy salohiyatni oshirishda, RKBM qo‘shinlarining ham alohida roli borligi va bundan tashqari dunyo tajribasidagi bu sohada bugungi kunda amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar va ularning natijalari muhokamasi, hamda to‘g‘ri rivojlanishni yo‘lga qo‘yishda yuzaga keladigan muamolarni hal etish uchun insonlar doimo birdam bo‘lishlari lozimligi to‘g‘risida fikrlar yoritilgan. Yaniki Dunyoni asrab avaylash bu barcha soha vakillari va barcha insoniyat uchun birdek barobar mas’uliyat demakdir.
