DETERMINANTS OF FORMING EMOTIONAL LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN MILITARY LEADERS AND THEIR IMPACT ON MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVENESS IN MODERN MILITARY CONFLICTS

This article examines the characteristics of emotional leadership as a strategic factor in enhancing management effectiveness within the modern military command system. As part of the study, classical models of emotional intelligence (D. Goleman, R. Bar-On, J. Meyer) were adapted to the professional activities of military personnel and decision-making processes under extreme conditions. The article highlights the theoretical and practical foundations of the key determinants shaping emotional leadership in military leaders: cognitive resilience, affective control and empathic communication. Based on the analysis, scientifically grounded recommendations are put forward for creating a healthy psychological environment in military units and reducing managerial errors.
