LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK PROVERBS.

In this article, the concept of a proverb is widely explained, and the general characteristics of proverbs are mentioned. English proverbs in Uzbek languages were analyzed by comparison. Similarities, lexical contradictions, synonyms and antonyms of the proverbs in the translation of the above two languages are highlighted.
