Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarida kasbiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirishda innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlarning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida nazariy manbalar tahlili, anketa va so‘rovnomalar hamda tajriba-sinov ishlari amalga oshirildi. Natijalarda interaktiv metodlar va raqamli ta’lim vositalaridan foydalanish talabalarning mustaqil fikrlashi, ijodkorligi va kasbiy tayyorgarligini sezilarli darajada rivojlantirishi ko‘rsatib berildi. Muhokamada innovatsion yondashuvlarning amaliy ahamiyati va ularning ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan.
