Ushbu uslubiy qo‘llanma ko‘p yillik kuzatuvlar asosida tayyorlangan bo‘lib, futbol seksiyasida shug‘ullanuvchi o‘quvchi yoshlarni har tomonlama tayyorlash, texnik-taktik, jismoniy, funksional, ruhiy tayyorgarligini yaxshilash va ularning mazmuniga oid nazariy bilimlarni umumlashtirgan va ixtisoslashtirilgan futbol maktab – internatlari, bolalar va o‘smirlar sport maktablarining futbol guruhlari mashg‘ulotlarida foydalanish uchun mo‘ljallangan. Undan bolalar va o‘smirlar maktabining futbol bilan shug‘ullanuvchilarini boshlang‘ich tayyorgarlik guruhlari murabbiylari, jismoniy tarbiya bo‘yicha tashkilotchi-yo‘riqchilar, sport faoliyati yo‘nalishi talabalari, magistrlar va o‘rta ta’lim maktablari jismoniy tarbiya o‘qituvchilari va barcha futbol o‘yini ixlosmandlari foydalanishlari mumkin.
