Mazkur maqolada gender tenglik tushunchasi va uning jamiyat rivojidagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Ayollarning huquq va imkoniyatlari, ularning ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va siyosiy hayotdagi o‘rnini mustahkamlash bo‘yicha qonuniy chora-tadbirlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, gender tenglikka erishish yo‘lidagi huquqiy asoslar, davlat siyosati va xotin-qizlarning faolligini oshirishga qaratilgan tashabbuslar keng ko‘lamda tahlil qilingan.
