TEACHING RUNNING TECHNIQUES TO SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS

The article reflects the possibility of using running to solve various problems of physical education, where the activity of the cardio vascular and respiratory systems is activated. From the ice age, running has a health value and its accessibility for young children. This made it possible to include this type of physical exercise in a comprehensive physical education program from the first grade.
