Mazkur monografiya maktab yoshidagi nogironligi bor bolalar uchun yengil atletika darslarini samarali tashkil etishning metodik asoslarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda maxsus ehtiyojga ega bolalar bilan ishlashda individual yondashuv, moslashtirilgan mashqlar, ijtimoiy integratsiya va motivatsiyani oshirishning innovatsion usullari bayon etilgan. Darslarni qiziqarli va interaktiv tarzda olib borish, pedagogik va tibbiy nazoratni ta’minlash, maxsus sport anjomlaridan foydalanish kabi masalalar yoritilgan. Monografiya pedagoglar, jismoniy tarbiya o‘qituvchilari va nogironligi bor bolalar bilan ishlovchi mutaxassislar uchun mo‘ljallangan.
