IMPROVING WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS BASED ON A LOGISTIC APPROACH
Abstract
Warehouse logistics plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of any enterprise. However, factors such as underdeveloped warehouse infrastructure, shortcomings in managing material flows, lack of identification systems, and improper use of resources reduce operational efficiency. This article analyzes the problems encountered in enterprise warehouse logistics operations and explores methods for overcoming them.
