Abstract

Mosh odatda 2-5 kun ichida unib chiqadi, ammo uning unib chiqish va rivojlanishiga turlicha omillar ta’sir qilishi mumkin [6]. Buni bilgan holda biz unib chiqish davrida sho’rlanish konsentratsiyasi oshishi mosh urug’i unuvchanligiga qanday ta’sir qilishini o’rganishni maqsad qildik. Ushbu maqolada labaratoriya sharoitida moshning “Durdona”, “Radost” va “Qahrabo” navlariga uch xil takrorlanishda bir xil miqdordan turli xil konsentratsiyali: nazorat, 30mM va 60mM, eritmalar ta’siri o’rganildi. Tadqiqot tahlili natijalariga ko’ra urug’ unuvchanligi, poya uzunligi, unib chiqish energiya indexi kabi belgilar Durdona navida eng yuqori ko’rsatkichni namoyon qildi, xuddi shu belgilarda va  ildiz uzunligida eng past ko’rsatkich Radost naviga tegishli bo’ldi. Qahrabo navida eng yuqori ildiz uzunligi qayd qilindi. Xulosa qilib shuni aytish mumkunki sho’rlanish konsentratsiyasi qanchalik ortsa o’simlik rivojlanishidagi belgi va xususiyatlar shuncha kamayadi.
