Maqolada o‘rta asr Sharq allomalari – Muhammad al-Xorazmiy, Umar Xayyom va Abu Rayhon Beruniylarning matematika faniga qo‘shgan beqiyos hissasi tahlil qilinadi. Ularning ilmiy merosi orqali Sharq matematik maktabining shakllanishi, algebra, geometriya, trigonometriya, astronomiya va hisoblash tizimlarining rivojlanishidagi o‘rni ochib beriladi. Tadqiqotda ushbu allomalar ilmiy qarashlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi, metodologik yondashuvlari hamda ularning keyingi avlod olimlariga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Ayniqsa, al-Xorazmiyning algebra fanini mustaqil yo‘nalish sifatida shakllantirgani, Xayyomning algebraik tenglamalar nazariyasini rivojlantirgani va Beruniyning matematikani tabiiy fanlar bilan integratsiyalashga intilgani alohida yoritiladi. Maqolada ilmiy manbalar asosida ularning g‘oyalari hozirgi matematika rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari Sharq matematik merosining bugungi ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiyasi uchun nazariy asos bo‘la oladi.
