This article explores effective methods for developing strategic competence among future professionals in higher education. The study highlights the importance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as essential components of professional readiness in the 21st century. Through analysis of pedagogical approaches, communicative strategies, and practical training models, the paper offers recommendations for integrating strategic competence into the educational process. The findings indicate that project-based learning, simulation tasks, and reflective practices are key to enhancing students’ strategic abilities.
