Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bachadon bo‘yni epiteliysining sitologik tuzilishi va uning patologik o‘zgarishlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda epitelial hujayralarning morfologik shakli, yadroning o‘lchami va sitoplazma nisbatidagi o‘zgarishlar o‘rganilgan. Bachadon bo‘yni epiteliysida kuzatiladigan displaziya, metaplaziya va malign o‘zgarishlarning erta bosqichlarini aniqlashda sitologik usullarning diagnostik ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, Pap-test (Papanikolau usuli) natijalari asosida epiteliya qatlamlarining regeneratsion va degenerativ holatlari tahlil qilingan. Maqolada patologik jarayonlarni erta aniqlash, onkologik kasalliklarning oldini olish va ayollar salomatligini saqlashda sitologik tekshiruvlarning o‘rni yoritib berilgan.
