Ushbu maqolada nutq madaniyati tushunchasi, uning inson shaxsiyati va ijtimoiy hayotdagi o‘rni, nutq madaniyatining shakllanish omillari hamda yosh avlodda nutq madaniyatini rivojlantirish yo‘llari haqida fikr yuritilgan. Shuningdek, adabiy til me’yorlariga amal qilish, muloqotda xushmuomalalik, so‘z boyligini oshirish va fikrni aniq ifodalashning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maqola shaxs madaniyatining eng muhim belgilaridan biri sifatida nutq madaniyatining tarbiyaviy rolini ham tahlil qiladi.
