Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda BioCap kapsulasining oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini saqlash jarayonida zamburug‘ rivojlanishini cheklashdagi samaradorligi eksperimental asosda baholandi. Tadqiqot davomida nazorat va tajriba guruhlari o‘rtasida nisbiy namlik, mikrobiologik o‘sish va saqlanish muddati solishtirildi. Natijalar BioCap kapsulasi qo‘llanilganda nisbiy namlik 20-25% ga kamayishi, zamburug‘ koloniyalarining paydo bo‘lishi 2 barobar kechikishi va mahsulotning saqlanish muddati 35-52% ga uzayishini ko‘rsatdi. Statistik tahlillar ushbu farqlar ishonchli ekanligini tasdiqlaydi (p < 0.05).
