BIOLOGIK FAOL MODDALARNING ORGANIZMGA TA'SIRI.
Abstract
Biologik faol moddalar minerallar, vitaminlar, ozuqaviy tolalar, o‘simlik ekstraktlari, to‘yinmagan yog‘li kislotalar, aminokislotalar va boshqalarni o‘z ichiga olgan tabiiy komplekslardir. Ular o‘simlik, hayvonot yoki mineral xom-ashyolardan olinadigan tabiiy moddalar hisoblanadi, shuningdek, kimyoviy yoki baʼzi hollarda mikrobiologik sintez orqali ham olinishi mumkin. Hozirgi kunda fastfoodlarning, shirin va yuqori kaloriyali taomlarning ko’proq iste’mol qilinishi, “o‘lik” holdagi (ya’ni qaynatilgan, qovurilgan, quritilgan, konserva qilingan) ovqatlarning tobora ko‘payayotgani tanamizning vitaminlar, mikroelementlarga bo’lgan ehtiyojini oshirmoqda. Bunday ehtiyojlarni bartaraf etish uchun biologik faol moddalarning ahamiyati katta.
