PICHOQCHILIK TEXNOLOGIYASI: O‘ZBEKISTON HUNARMANDCHILIGIDA 3D TEMIRCHILIK IMKONIYATLARI.

Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistondagi pichoqchilik an’analari bilan 3D temirchilik (raqamli modellashtirish, 3D skanerlash, 3D chop etish va gibrid ishlab chiqarish) yechimlarini uyg‘unlashtirish imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada hunar markazlari (Chust–Andijon, Buxoro, Samarqand) kontekstida 3D texnologiyalarning uch qatlamdagi foydasi ko‘rsatiladi: (1) ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi—aniq jiglar va qoliplar, takrorlanuvchi sifat; (2) meros va dizayn—muzey namunalarini 3D skan qilish, ergonomik dastaklarni qo‘l o‘lchamiga moslashtirish; (3) bozor va eksport—spetsifikatsiya, foto/3D “proof-of-work”, paketlash va GI (geografik ko‘rsatkich)ga mos izchillik. Metal qo‘shimcha ishlab chiqarish (AM)ning pichoqqa bevosita qo‘llanishdagi cheklovlari (mikrostruktur, porozlik, issiqlik ishlovi) ham tanqidiy ko‘rib chiqiladi va gibrid oqim — zarblangan tig‘ + 3D chop etilgan asbob-uskunalar/komponentlar — tavsiya etiladi. Yakunda 12–18 oylik pilot dastur, jihoz ro‘yxati va o‘lchab bo‘ladigan ko‘rsatkichlar (“nizo ulushi”, “o‘z vaqtida yetkazish”, “kWh/pichoq”) taklif etiladi.
