Abstract
Maqolada xotin-qizlarning ta’lim va til o‘rganishga bo‘lgan ehtiyojini shakllantiruvchi ijtimoiy, oilaviy, psixologik, pedagogik hamda davlat siyosati omillari tahlil qilingan. Ushbu ehtiyojning shaxsiy rivojlanish, ijtimoiy faollik va madaniy saviyani oshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan.
