DEVELOPMENT OF THE CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION
Abstract
This article examines modern directions and priority tasks for the development of the customs administration system in the context of globalization. The study analyzes the impact of increasing international trade volumes, the growing complexity of logistics systems, and the strengthening of interstate economic integration on the activities of customs authorities. In addition, the role of electronic declaration systems, the “single window” mechanism, automated risk management systems, and artificial intelligence technologies in customs administration is highlighted. The article also develops scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the digital customs system, implementation of international standards, and improvement of the efficiency of customs services.
