SURUNKALI GLOMERULONEFRIT: UCHRASHI, ASORATLARI VA TUBULOINTERSTITSIAL FIBROZ RIVOJLANISHI (DOLZARBLIGI, XAVF OMILLARI, DIAGNOSTIKASI VA DAVOLASH METODLARI)
Abstract
Surunkali glomerulonefrit (SGN) buyrak kasalliklari orasida yetakchi o‘rinlardan birini egallab, mehnatga layoqatli aholi orasida surunkali buyrak yetishmovchiligining asosiy sabablaridan hisoblanadi. Kasallik uzoq davom etuvchi immun-yallig‘lanish jarayoni bilan kechib, asta-sekin glomerulyar shikastlanish, tubulointerstitsial to‘qimaning zararlanishi va natijada tubulointerstitsial fibroz (TIF) rivojlanishiga olib keladi. TIF surunkali glomerulonefritning eng muhim prognoz omillaridan biri bo‘lib, buyrak parenximasining qaytmas strukturaviy o‘zgarishlari va buyrak funksiyasining progressiv pasayishi bilan kechadi.
