Abstract

In the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan on “Approving the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan Until 2030,” it is emphasized that, based on international experience, advanced standards of higher education should be introduced. Specifically, it highlights the gradual transition in educational programs from a system focused on acquiring theoretical knowledge to one aimed at developing practical skills.
