Abstract

Quyosh elementlarida yorug’lik energiyasini elektr energiyasiga aylantirish uchta bosqichda amalga oshiriladi. Birinchi yorug’lik yutiladi va elektron kovak juftligi hosil bo’ladi.  Ikkinchi elektron va kovaklar ichki maydon tufayli ajraladi. Uchunchi elektron kovaklar anod va katodga yetkaziladi. Ushbu bosqichlar davomida juda ko’p yo’qotishlar yuzaga keladi.
