Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ekstremal abiotik omillarning dukkakli o‘simliklar va Rhizobium bakteriyalari o‘rtasidagi simbiotik munosabatlarga ta’siri ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Sho‘rlanish, qurg‘oqchilik, yuqori harorat va tuproq pH ko‘rsatkichining biologik azot fiksatsiyasi jarayoniga ta’siri hamda simbiotik tizimning stress sharoitiga moslashuv mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mahalliy chidamli shtammlardan foydalanish va birgalikda inokulyatsiya qilish texnologiyalarining qishloq xo‘jaligidagi ahamiyati bayon etilgan.
