Hozirgi rivojlanayotgan zamonaviy ta'lim tizimi o'qituvchilardan nafaqat fan va pedagogika sohasida yuqori bilimdonlikni, balki refleksiv fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini ham talab qiladi. Refleksiv kompetensiya – bu o‘qituvchining o‘z pedagogik faoliyatini tahlil qilish, xato va kamchiliklarni aniqlash, ulardan xulosa chiqarish va faoliyatni doimiy takomillashtirish qobiliyatidir. Ushbu maqolada refleksiv kompetensiya tushunchasi, uni rivojlantirish zarurati, innovatsion texnologiyalar, jumladan, raqamli resurslar, virtual va qo‘shma o‘quv muhitlari, interaktiv platformalar va sun’iy intellekt vositalaridan foydalanishda refleksiv ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishdagi o'rni va samaradorligi haqida so'z yuritiladi .
