Toshkent shahri yo‘nalishli avtobus haydovchilarining ish faoliyatini baholash uchun mezonlarni anketalar so‘rovnomasi orqali aniqlangan. Tadqiqot doirasida sohasi mutaxassislari, avtobus haydovchilari hamda ilmiy tadqiqotchilardan iborat turli guruhlar o‘rtasida so‘rovnomalar o‘tkazilib, haydovchilarning kasbiy faoliyatiga oid so‘rovnoma ishtirokchilar tomonidan eng ko‘p ovoz berilgan 12 ta asosiy mezon shakllantirilgan.
