Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda gender tengligi va ayollar huquqlarini ta’minlash bo‘yicha olib borilayotgan siyosatning mazmuni, institutsional mexanizmlari hamda amaliy natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi keyingi yillarda mamlakatning ijtimoiy-siyosiy modernizatsiya jarayonida ayollar faolligini kengaytirish, ularning iqtisodiy imkoniyatlarini oshirish va gender stereotiplarni bartaraf etish zarurati bilan izohlanadi. Mazkur ishda xalqaro tajribaga asoslangan yondashuvlardan foydalanilib, milliy siyosatning kuchli va takomillashtirilishi kerak bo‘lgan jihatlari ilmiy-nazariy nuqtai nazardan baholanadi.

Metodologik asos sifatida huquqiy-huquqshunoslik tahlili, normativ hujjatlarni qiyosiy ko‘rib chiqish, mavjud statistik ma’lumotlardan foydalanish hamda ilmiy adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish usullari qo‘llanilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida gender tenglikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan davlat dasturlari, parlament qonunlari, hukumat qarorlari va qo‘mitalar faoliyati tizimli ravishda o‘rganildi.

Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekiston so‘nggi yillarda gender siyosatini institutsional darajada mustahkamladi: ayollarni biznesga jalb qilish dasturlari kengaydi, siyosiy vakillik oshdi, zo‘ravonlikka qarshi huquqiy mexanizmlar kuchaytirildi. Shunga qaramay, ayollar bandligi, oiladagi majburiy mehnat va an’anaviy stereotiplarning ildizlari hali to‘liq bartaraf etilgan emas.

Maqola yakunida mamlakatda gender tengligini chuqurlashtirish bo‘yicha kompleks yondashuv, gender ta’limini kuchaytirish, davlat va nodavlat institutlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni yanada rivojlantirish zarurligi bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ilgari surilgan.
