MAKTABGACHA TA’LIM TASHKILOTLARIDA XAVFSIZLIK MENEJMENTINI BOSHQARISHDA SALOMATLIK MUHOFAZASINING O`RNI VA KONSEPTUAL ASOSLARI

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida (MTT) xavfsiz muhitni yaratish va uni samarali boshqarish tizimi tahlil qilingan. Jahon Sog‘liqni Saqlash Tashkiloti (WHO) va Xalqaro Mehnat Tashkiloti (ILO) mezonlariga tayangan holda, MTT ekotizimidagi potentsial xavflar oltita asosiy guruhga (mexanik, jismoniy, kimyoviy, atrof-muhit, biologik, tashkiliy va psixologik) klassifikatsiya qilingan. Maqolada risklarni baholashning 5 bosqichli modeli va xavflarni nazorat qilish iyerarxiyasi yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, xavfsizlik menejmentining muvaffaqiyati uchun MTT ma’muriyati va xodimlarining majburiyatlari hamda mas’uliyat taqsimoti asoslab berilgan. Xavfsiz ish muhitini shakllantirish xodimlarning ish unumdorligini oshirish va bolalar salomatligini himoya qilishning bosh omili ekanligi isbotlangan.
