Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the TED Talks platform in promoting soft power policy. It highlights the significance of information centers, particularly TED Talks, in cultural diplomacy, the dissemination of intellectual capital, and the promotion of ideas on a global scale. Additionally, the paper explores the platform’s influence on international relations and its role in popularizing national values through the speeches of renowned speakers. It emphasizes how TED Talks foster cultural exchange by engaging audiences and contribute to the effective implementation of soft power strategies by states.
