Abstract

Educational leadership plays a crucial role in shaping language learning environments, especially in multilingual classrooms. As schools worldwide become increasingly diverse due to globalization and migration, the demand for effective leadership strategies to support multilingual learners has grown. This study examines how leadership approaches such as teacher professional development, curriculum adaptation, and community engagement contribute to successful language acquisition. Schools that prioritize teacher autonomy, adapt curricula to include students’ native languages, and engage communities in education create more effective language learning environments. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers and educational leaders to implement sustainable and scalable strategies to enhance language learning for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
