THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVICES IN ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE OR EFL CLASSES

The role of technological devices in English as a Foreign Language or EFL classes has become extremely essential for its advantageous sides that can increase the speed of mastering a second language. For the past two decades digital devices have taken the major place of learning objects in every independent country like Uzbekistan. These devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones, provide students with interactive and engaging learning experiences through various applications and online resources. With the integration of artificial intelligence and language learning platforms, learners can receive instant feedback on their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary usage. Additionally, technological tools enable teachers to personalize lessons based on students' proficiency levels, making the learning process more efficient and effective. Online communication tools also allow students to practice their English skills with native speakers or peers worldwide, fostering a more immersive language-learning environment. As a result, the use of digital technology in EFL classrooms not only enhances language acquisition but also develops students’ digital literacy skills, preparing them for future academic and professional success.
